The SOSENSE MISO is a 100% natural product produced by very slow fermenting soybeans with fungus AspergilusOryzae, with rice or barley.

From this process, the miso paste produced reminiscent roe in texture and flavor, which is then dehydrated by freezing (freeze-drying).

Available in two forms the Aka (red miso) and Shiro (white miso) in stand-up pouch packaging of 250 gr.

It can even be used as a 100% natural flavor enhancer in place of salt and chemical glutamate, and is suitable for vegeterians and vegans.
